Order Process

Ordering your Christmas Cards with us is a simple 4 stage process. Please take the time to read the steps below and if you have any questions then please contact us.
Step 1 - Browse our store

Please browse the wide range of personalised christmas card designs we have in our online shop.

If, at this stage, you have any questions about our cards, our order process or any other matter then please let us know.

Step 2 - Choose your design

After selecting your favourite design then utilise our online ordering system to specify how you would like the inside of the card to read. Please do not be concerned about making any mistakes at this stage because you will receive a proof by e-mail of your personalised christmas card before it is printed. Any alterations can be made during the proofing stage.

Step 3 - Make payment

Once you have specified your personalised details you will be taken to our secure server to pay for your Christmas cards. You can either pay using a credit/debit card, from your PayPal account or (if you are a company) we can invoice you.

After placing an order you will be sent an email confirmation of your order.

Step 4 - Delivery to your door

After we have received your order and following approval of your proof we will send the order through to our printers for production. Following production of your order (typically around 10 working days) it will be delivered to your door (a signature will be required upon its delivery).
