Subject : Ordering Process
Q1 - How can I place an order with you?
Orders can be placed either by phone, by email,
by fax or online via our website.
On-line :
The most usual and easiest way for many of our customers to place an
order is online. All you need to do is select your chosen design, scroll down
and add the quantity you would like, enter your personalised wording you would
like printed and then finally add it to your shopping cart. Having added
this to your shopping cart, you are able to go back and change/amend your
personalised details before finalising your order. If you notice any
mistakes/errors after you have processed your order, please do not worry as
there will be many opportunities for you to make amendments and changes before
the printing of your final product (See details of our
free proofing service). Secured with
advanced SSL technology, all major credit/debit cards are accepted with our
online order system. We have also had our security independently verified by
leading internet security firm Trust Guard.
If you are a company and would rather be invoiced for your cards (30 day terms) then select the option to pay offline and we can invoice you following receipt of your order.
By Phone : You are
able to place your order over the phone on 01296 340058 if this is easier for
you. You will be able to make payment over the phone using a credit/debit
card, or alternatively you are able to send a cheque or postal order made
payable to "Charity Christmas Cards". Once payment has been made, we will
then begin work on your proofs. If you are a corporate buyer we can
invoice you for your cards.
By Email : If you prefer to order your Christmas cards
via email, please send us details of delivery/invoice address, card design, text
style and ink colour. We will then take payment by
credit/debit card over the phone, send you an email invoice or, if you are
a corporate customer, we can invoice you.
By Fax : We also have a fax order form you can complete
and fax to us to place your order. The order form can be downloaded
here .
Q2 - Can you explain how the complete
ordering to delivery process will work?
Yes, please see the "ordering process" section
of our website.
Q3 - What if I make an error when ordering online,
can this be corrected later on?
Yes,
absolutely. Please do not be concerned that you do not have all of the
required details at the time of placing an order. Once you have placed the
order and you receive your initial proofs, you may make amendments and
corrections accordingly. We understand that it might
be difficult to enter exact details to perfection online, therefore we have
a thorough proofing system which enables you to check the text style, ink colour
and layout you have chosen for your Christmas card order. We will not send
anything to print until you have given us the go ahead and authorised your final
proof to print. (See details of our free proofing service).
Q5 - What if I change my mind, what is your refund policy?
We will issue a full refund if at any time up
until the printing of your final cards you wish to cancel your order.
Refunds are not possible after your cards have been printed.
Q6 - What happens if I am not happy with the Christmas cards that I have received from you can I have my money back?
In the unlikely event that you
have received your Christmas cards and are not happy with the quality of what
has been produced we will offer a full refund upon return of the cards or we
can have the order reprinted from you. We have an extremely low
level of refunds because of the high quality of our work. However if you are not satisified with the cards upon receipt then please get in touch and we can usually have the order re-printed for you (upon return of the previous cards).
Q7 - Can you print Christmas cards in a language other than English?
Yes, we are able to print our Christmas cards
in different languages, or in dual languages.
If you would like your Christmas cards to be printed in another language,
please send us details of your text via email. If, however, you would like
separate orders containing different languages, please add to your shopping the
cart the same product twice indicating which set needs to be in another
language. If you need any further assistance, please get in touch.
Subject : Christmas Card Prices
Q1 - How
can I be sure I am getting a great deal
from you?
When ordering your Christmas cards with
us, you are guaranteed to get your cards at least 10% cheaper then the
Recommended Retail Price (RRP). This is because not only do we set our
basic prices below the RRP but we also incorporate your company logos into
the cards and/or digital images of signatures free of charge. This
means there are no extra hidden costs once you have ordered.
Q2 - I have found the same Christmas cards cheaper elsewhere, can you beat their price?
You may find that
some online retailers will offer the same design of Christmas cards but at a
lower price for short periods of time to attract more business. We
maintain competitive long term pricing to ensure we can deliver a consistent and
high level of service year on year. Short term deals from fly-by-night
operators can sometimes also mean you do not get the level of customer care and
service that people can expect to receive from us.
However if you do get a better offer from one of our competitors we would be
happy to try and match this. Just let us know where you can find the same
Christmas cards cheaper and we will see if we are able to match or beat the
price. No harm in trying!
Q3 - Do your Christmas cards come supplied with envelopes?
Yes, all the cards come supplied with self-seal envelopes at no additional cost.
Subject : Proofing process
Q1 - What is a "proof"?
Our electronic proofs demonstrate how your
Christmas card will look once it has been printed. It shows the text style
you have chosen, the colour and the layout of the text placed on the paper
insert. If you have ordered a card with a personalised front you will also
be able to see how these will look once printed. Once you receive your
proofs, you are able to make alterations. You order will not be sent to print
until you are 100% sure with the final proof and until you authorise us to
print.
Q2 - I am a little nervous buying and specifying the wording for my Christmas cards on the web. How can I be sure that my final cards will not contain any errors?
Our proofing stages are very thorough and we work hard to ensure
that your Christmas cards reach you in good time and exactly as you
ordered them.
However, if during this proofing stage you wish to make amendments you are
able to do this without incurring in any extra costs. Once you receive
your proofs, changes to the text, colour of ink, layout and wording can be made
at any time up until the point of printing.
Subject : Website Security
Any
personal details used whilst placing your order are purely for the order
processing stage and our own internal marketing initiatives. We do not
keep any details of your payment methods on our system for security purposes and

Q1 - Can you send me examples of the wording that might be used in my Christmas cards?
Yes, of course. Sets of example greetings can be
downloaded from our website
Q2 - Can I specify my own wording?
Yes, we supply lots of example wording to help
make this easier but the wording to be used is your decision. You are free to
have whatever wording you like.

and/or changed at any time during the proofing process.

Q1 - How quickly can you deliver my
christmas cards?

and early December).

Q2 - When is the last date for Christmas card orders?
We are unable to guarantee acceptance of orders in late November 2009 (colour orders) and early December 2009 (black and white orders). However we are still likely to be able to accept orders after this date but the availablility of certain designs will have reduced.
