Delivery Costs
Postage to any UK mainland address is completely free of charge. Postage to non-UK addresses are charged at the point of checkout.
Our Christmas Cards are dispatched by courier (DHL) and will require a signature as proof of delivery. As a result of this please ensure that there will be someone to sign for the goods during business hours (we are unable to specify a time). If possible, we will supply you with a DHL tracking number upon dispatch so you can track the progress of your Christmas card delivery.
Standard delivery times
Typically order times from the date the order is placed to the final delivery of Christmas Cards are 5 to 15 business days. However this depends upon a prompt approval of proofs (sent by email).
Cancellations/Refunds
Orders can be cancelled at anytime prior to the Christmas cards going to print. It is not possible to cancel an order once the proofs have been approved and the order is with our printers for fulfillment.
Refunds
We fully believe that you will be 100% satisfied with the quality of our Christmas cards. However if you have any cause for dissatisfaction we will either reprint or refund the cost of any purchase. You will be required to notify us within 21 days of the order being dispatched. In the case of a refund we will require the complete christmas card order to be returned to us in full.
